· Degree/Diploma in General Nursing Programme. · Registration as GNM and Midwife with Central or State Nursing Council. · Desirable : Experience Certificate. |

| ASI/Dental Technician | 01 | · 10+2 with science or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution.
· Registration as Dental Technician with two years Diploma from an Institute recognized by the Central or the State Government. |
