Ø  (f) Single Photo (colour) – 06

Ø  (g) Jt photo with NOK (Colour) – 04

Ø  (h) Character certificate issued by a Gazetted Officer not later than 01 July 2025

Ø  (j) Police verification certificate from nearest police station in original not later than 01 July 2025
