• Constable (Veterinary, Driver & Nursing Orderly) : Age : 18 – 27 years
• Age Relaxation as per Rules.

Pay Scale

• Constable (Tradesman) : Pay Level- 3 (Rs. 21700 – 69,100-) as per 7^th CPC.

• 10th class pass with Science as main subject from a recognized Board, and
• One year experience in treatment of different species of animals, in a recognized Veterinary Hospital.

• 10th class pass from a recognised Board. and
• Must possess valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.

• Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board with,
• Two years work experience in respective trades; or
• One year certificate course from a recognised Industrial Training Institute or Vocational Institute with at least one year experience in the trade; or
• Two years Diploma from recognised Industrial Training Institute in the trade or similar trade.

• Two years work experience in respective trade; or
• One year certificate course from a recognised Industrial Training Institute or Vocational Institute with at least one year experience in the respective trade; or
• Two years Diploma from a recognised Industrial Training Institute in the respective trade or similar trade.

• 10th class pass from  a recognised Board;
• First Aid certificate course from St. John’s Ambulance Organisation or Red Cross Society of India’ and
• Working experience of duration of minimum one year as a Nursing Orderly in a minimum fifty bedded Hospital or Institution recognised by the Central Government or State Governments.

SSB Constable Tradesman PET 2026 (Physical Efficiency Test)

· 4.8 Km in 24 Minutes for male candidates.

· 2.4 Km in 18 Minutes for Female candidates.

Exam Pattern of SSB Constable Tradesman Bharti 2026

Common Entrance Test (CET): For all posts, CET will be conducted which will be of 2 hours time duration and 100 Marks, consisting of 100 multiple choice objective questions focussing on General Knowledge, Mathematics, Reasoning, & General English/ General Hindi.

The Minimum Qualifying Marks for the Written Exam will be :

·         50% Marks for General, EWS, OBC, & Ex-Servicemen

·         40% fore SC & ST

·         Note : Final Merit for all posts will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in written examination only.
