Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
· Qualifying in Physical Fitness Test (PFT) is mandatory for selection

· Height For Male  157 cms & for Female 152cms

· Run 1.6 km to be completed in Male 06 minutes 30 sec & Female 08 Min

· 20 squats (Uthak Baithak) Male – 20 & Female 15

· 12 Push-ups (Male Candidates only)

· 10 Bent Knee Sit-ups : 10 (For Female Candidates only)
