Application Fee

· Sc/ST/ExSM/PWD/Female Candidates : Rs. 250/- This fee of Rs. 250/- shall be refunded duly deducting bank charges as applicable, on appearing in CBT.

· Pay exam fee through Online mode only.

· Field Worker Age : 18- 33 years

· Perfusionist Age : 21- 43 years

· Radiographer X-Ray Technician Age : 19- 36 years

· Dialysis Technician Age : 20- 36 years

· Pharmacist (Entry Grade) Age : 20-38 years

· Audiologist And Speech Therapist Age : 21- 33 years

· Age Relaxation as per Rules.

· Audiologist And Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Cath Laboratory Technician, Dental Hygienist, Laboratory Superintendent, Dialysis Technician, Physiotherapist Grade-II, Perfusionist, Health and Malaria Inspector Grade-III, Clinical Psychologist : Pay Level- 6 (Rs. 35400)/-

· Radiographer X-Ray Technician, Speech Therapist & Pharmacist (Entry Grade) : Pay Level- 5 (Rs. 29200)/-

· Optometrist, ECG Technician & Cardiac Technician : Pay Level- 4 (Rs. 25500)/-

· Laboratory Assistant Grade-II : Pay Level- 3 (Rs. 21700)/-

· Field Worker : Pay Level- 2 (Rs. 19900)/-

Eligibility

· B.Sc Home Science + M.Sc Home Science (Food and Nutrition)
from a recognised institution.

· Diploma / Certificate Course (2 years) in Dental Hygiene from an institute recognized by Dental Council of India. AND

· Registered with Dental Council of India as Dental Hygienist AND

· Two years experience as Dental Hygienist

· Two years satisfactory in-house Training / Experience in Haemodialysis work in a reputed institution (proof to be attached).

· B.Sc in Medical Technology (Laboratory) from a recognized institution.

·B.Sc and Three years experience in Cardio Pulmonary Pump Technician in Reputed Recognised Hospital.

· Bachelor degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) from a recognized University or equivalent and Registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act,1948

· Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) (OR)

· Certificate Course in Medical Lab. Technology at par with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT).
