· Educational certificate · Date of Birth · Experience Certificate · Discharge certificate for Ex-Serviceman where applicable · Only physically fit candidates to apply (Medical fitness certificate to be attached from an authorised Govt Hospital Doctor · Two additional latest passport size photographs duly attested by a Gazetted Officer. · All Document duly Gazetted Officer. · Two self address envelope duly affixed postal stamp of Rs. 25/-
