· Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English on computer or a typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer..
VM (MV) Skilled 02 · ITI certificate from a recognized Industrial Training Institute in the respective trade or grade OR

· Armed Forces Personnel or Ex-servicemen from appropriate trade and minimum at Grade-I.

· Desirable : ,National Council for in the Vocational Trades certificate from Directorate General of Employment and Training. Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India.
