· Non Creamy Layer Certificate (In case of OBC Candidates)

· Experience Certificate

· Copy of Discharge Certificate (ESM candidate)

· All Document duly attested by Gazetted Officer

· Two self address envelope duly affixed postal stamp of Rs. 25/-
