Ø (f) Single Photo (colour) – 06 Ø (g) Jt photo with NOK (Colour) – 04 Ø (h) Character certificate issued by a Gazetted Officer on or after 01 Jan 2023. Ø (j) Police verification certificate from nearest police station in original issued not earlier than 01 Jan 2023. Ø (k) Birth and Education Certificate in orginal alongwith three photocopies of each duly attested. |
