· Educational certificate where Date of Birth is enfaced · Technical qualification certificate · Caste Certificate · Discharge certificate for Ex-Serviceman · Two additional latest passport size photographs duly attested by a Gazetted Officer. · All Document duly self-attested · Two self address envelope duly affixed postal stamp of Rs. 25/-
