· 12^th Class or equivalent from the recognized University/ Board.

· Skill Test Norms : Dictation : 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute

· Transcription : 50 minutes (English), 65 minutes (Hindi) on computer.

Lower Division Clerk

· 12^th Class or equivalent from the recognized University/ Board.

· English typing @ 35 wpm or Hindi typing @ 30 wpm on computer.

· Basic computer knowledge.

Messenger

· Matriculation pass 10^th class or equivalent from recognized Board

Document Required

· Birth Certificate

· Medical Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner for physical fitness.

· Caste Certificate as per Appendix ‘B’.

· Willingness Certificate as per Appendix ‘C’

· Self attested copy of any ID proof issued by Government of India/State Government (voter card/ driving license/passport) and Copy of Aadhar Card.

· Education Certificates along with the marks sheets (Matriculation onwards).

· Photocopy of Discharge Certificate of Ex-Serviceman.

· Domicile Certificate (for Jammu Union Territory, Kashmir UR and Laddakh Union Territory availing age relaxation, as applicable).

· Three additional passport size photographs.

· All document duly Self-attested.

· A Self-addressed envelope affix Rs. 25/-
